Oops!

We probably shouldn't find this funny, but we couldn't stop laughing about it.  While at the grocery store, Travis and I split up to get more shopping done and we both thought the other one had Jimmy.  We didn't realize he was gone until we heard him yelling, "Mommy! Daddy! WHERE ARE YOU?"  We stuck him in the cart for the rest of the time, so we wouldn't lose him again and he just kept repeating, "I lost Mommy.  I lost Daddy.  I lost Reed."  #momfail

UNC

We took a trip to campus to help out in a class in the School of Education.  We stopped to see the Old Well, which was built in 1897.  I guess it's a pretty big deal.

We decided to take the bus to campus so we could learn a little more about buses for 'B' week.

Jimmy loved it!  He was a big hit with all the ladies as he said "Hi Friend!" to everybody who got on the bus.

We also learned all about balls this week; basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, baseballs, and tennis balls.  I'm happy to report that tennis was his favorite!

Staying Busy with the Kids

Jimmy wanted to make alphabet soup.  It was messy but Jimmy had a blast!

We loved going to this beautiful park to meet new friends and play on the swings.

The library here is pretty awesome.

Jimmy was quick to find all ten of their Curious George books and check them out.

We made an "aquarium" for 'A' week and had some messy fun!

We went to the North Carolina Basketball Museum to get some Tar Heel pride.

Lake Crabtree County Park

We met up with some old friends from Utah this week to catch up.

Isn't North Carolina so beautiful?
